As an AE, you will play a crucial role in Roamlii’s revenue growth and sales cycle within your designated territory, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account retention. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, executing effective sales strategies, and maintaining a culture of excellence.
This role requires significant amounts of cold and warm calling, extensive email outreach, and consistent LinkedIn follow-ups. The successful candidate will proactively identify potential customers, promote our digital membership products and front-end discovery suite, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you'll manage CRM database entries, tagging strategies, email nurture sequences, and outbound sales communications.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a competitive spirit, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also regularly collaborate with Roamlii’s leadership team, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales activities and overall business objectives.
This is a commission-only position with a competitive remuneration structure, offering significant earnings potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Revenue Ownership
Drive Revenue Growth: Actively contribute to achieving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution, heavily involving cold and warm calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Sales Cycle Management: Engage proactively in all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and client retention.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure sales initiatives align with company objectives, consistently moving towards growth targets
Process Improvement: Assist in refining sales processes, tools, and techniques for better efficiency and results.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Identify Opportunities: Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads via cold and warm calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn, using consultative selling techniques.
Customer Interaction: Conduct high volumes of introductory calls and customer engagements to build relationships and drive sales.
Sales Presentation and Target Achievement:
Demonstrate Product Value: Present and promote community membership products through online demos, email communications, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, improving customer retention rates.
Strategic Collaboration and Marketing Alignment:
Effective Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Director and marketing team to develop impactful sales materials, promotions, and campaigns.
Insight Sharing: Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Industry Knowledge and Professional Development:
Stay Current: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices.
Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of Roamlii’s community membership offerings, pricing structures, and competitive positioning.
CRM and Process Management:
CRM Accuracy: Keep customer data accurate and current within Roamlii’s CRM system.
Pipeline Management: Ensure effective management of the sales pipeline to facilitate deal closures.
Lead Management: Oversee the Lead Management System, including email nurture sequences, tagging strategies, and email templates, to maximize sales effectiveness.
